While the main ingredient, Minoxidil at 5%, is known to help with hair loss, it can cause some serious side effects. Men's Rogaine has done a good job of marketing its product. It could be called THE hair regrowth formula for men. However, after researching we found some disturbing facts. First, their product consists of one active ingredient, which is a medication. Second, the product guarantee is weak at best, being too short to allow customers a risk-free trial. The product's effectiveness is, apparently, limited as evidenced by the instructions regarding who can and cannot use Rogaine based on the type of hair loss they have. Lastly, it takes months before a user sees a return on investment. While we do agree that for some people it may be worth trying, just the headache of taking a medication that is not refunded if used, is too much for us. Find a product that is all-natural, provides similar hair regrowth but without all the headaches.
